Taxpayers’ Rights

The Internal Revenue Service of Ecuador has launched its Taxpayers’ Rights Promotion and Protection Unit, in order to foster, promote and safeguard taxpayers’ rights and guarantees on any procedures applied by the Tax Administration to increase its speed an efficacy. Taxpayers’ Rights are delineated in Resolution number NAC-DGERCGC10-00273, issued by the General Director of the Internal Revenue Service and published in Official Registry of June 29, 2010.
