Magalhy Naranjo Vela
Associate lawyer with the firm. Since her days in university classrooms, where she met one of the firm’s partners, she is known for her keen sense in solving complex problems in litigation. Today, this skill allows her to clearly solve whatever issue a client may have. Equally, due to her knowledge of management, she understands the client’s interests when managing controversies, which always go beyond the legal. Magalhy studied at Universidad San Francisco de Quito. Languages: Spanish, English and German.
Valeria Dueñas Martínez de la Vega
Associate lawyer with the firm. Throughout her career, Valeria has defended her clients against abusive practices in the administration of taxes. Her knowledge of this field has allowed her to obtain results which have permanently changed the procedures used in Ecuadorian Internal Revenue Service audits. Her experiences in the field of taxes have given her a deep understanding of accounting which has allowed for more meaningful relationship with both auditors and accountants.
Agustín Salazar Córdova
As an official of the Ecuadorian Internal Revenue Service at its founding, he was devoted to the organization of its legal departments nationwide. Afterwards, due to his experience in the public sector, and upon returning to private practice, he has specialized in Tax Law. Agustín feels that the adequate representation of his clients doesn’t depend solely on knowledge of the law, but also a full understanding of the business world. The latter has allowed him to not only defend his clients’ interests but also come to agreements that have benefitted their business interests.
