Dr. Ponce together with Dr. Quevedo are the principal attorneys of the firm. Dr. Ponce's vision and professional experience are based on the defense of the client in court and providing advance to prevent litigations.

However, he has experienced the consequences of corruption in the judicial system, particularly in times of dictatorship, between 1995 and 1997 and since December 2004.

He has worked in all branches of law, before all Courts and Tribunals, except for police and military tribunals.
