Magalhy Naranjo Vela
Associate lawyer with the firm. Since her days in university classrooms, where she met one of the firm’s partners, she is known for her keen sense in solving complex problems in litigation. Today, this skill allows her to clearly solve whatever issue a client may have. Equally, due to her knowledge of management, she understands the client’s interests when managing controversies, which always go beyond the legal. Magalhy studied at Universidad San Francisco de Quito. Languages: Spanish, English and German.
Agustín Salazar Córdova
As an official of the Ecuadorian Internal Revenue Service at its founding, he was devoted to the organization of its legal departments nationwide. Afterwards, due to his experience in the public sector, and upon returning to private practice, he has specialized in Tax Law. Agustín feels that the adequate representation of his clients doesn’t depend solely on knowledge of the law, but also a full understanding of the business world. The latter has allowed him to not only defend his clients’ interests but also come to agreements that have benefitted their business interests.

Como funcionario del Servicio de Rentas Internas al inicio de dicha institución, se dedicó a la organización de los departamentos legales a nivel nacional. Posteriormente, debido a su experiencia en el sector público, ya de regreso en la práctica privada, ha dedicado su práctica profesional al área Tributaria. Agustín considera que la adecuada representación de sus clientes depende no sólo del conocimiento del Derecho, sino también de una completa compresión de los negocios.
