Juicio verbal sumario, de daños y perjuicios, por competencia desleal, por distracción de clientela , sustanciado por la Segunda Sala del Tribunal Distrital de lo Contencioso Administrativo No.1, planteado por Exclusive Tours Cía. Ltda., contra sus ex empleadas, las señoritas Virginia Infante y Tatiana Pastor. La referida Sala dictó sentencia en fallo de mayoría, ordenando pagar a nuestra cliente, Exclusive Tours Cía. Ltda., la suma de US$ 67.948,30.
Valeria Dueñas Martínez de la Vega

Agustín Salazar Córdova
As an official of the Ecuadorian Internal Revenue Service at its founding, he was devoted to the organization of its legal departments nationwide. Afterwards, due to his experience in the public sector, and upon returning to private practice, he has specialized in Tax Law. Agustín feels that the adequate representation of his clients doesn’t depend solely on knowledge of the law, but also a full understanding of the business world.
