The National Rules for the Common Regime on Access to Genetic Resources in Application of Andean Community’s Decision 391 were published on October 11, 2011 in Official Registry number 553 of that same date. Said rules specify the complementary standards for the implementation of Andean Community’s Decision 391 on the common regime on access to genetic resources throughout Ecuadorian territory.
